This year, we have a new policy regarding student information forms/Ministry Safe. Student information forms/Ministry Safe will be available for parents to complete starting the week of June 17th.

These items are required, and you must complete them by July 10th for your child to return to school in August.

Summer Reading Assignments

Summer Reading Assignments are listed in the Rising Grade Level Information along with other important resources. Assigned summer reading books have been sent home in backpacks. Students are responsible for completing summer reading assignments before the first day of school – Monday, August 12th.

School supplies

Supply lists are listed in the Rising Grade Level Information along with other important resources. Click here for information about ordering prepackaged school supplies, which helps support the eighth grade trip to Washington D.C. All orders must be submitted by Sunday, June 23rd. Click here to order (School ID PER014). You will be able to pick up the prepackaged supplies in your student’s classroom on Friday, August 9th at the Teacher Meet-and-Greet.

Carpool-Finder Tool Coming THIS SUMMER

Again this summer,we are creating a tool to help you find covenant families for carpooling. During the week of July 22nd, look for this excellent way to combine efforts in driving (and even promote more community).

Vision/Hearing Screenings

When your student has a wellness check-up, Perimeter School recommends that you include a vision/hearing screening.
