Forms

This year, we have a new policy regarding family and student information forms, including Ministry Safe training. You must complete these items by July 10th in order for your child to return to school in August.

Family and student information forms are now available for you to complete on ParentsWeb > Web Forms > Family & Student Web Forms. Ministry Safe training is required by Perimeter Church and is included in the web forms.

Summer Reading Assignments

Summer Reading Assignments are listed in the Rising Grade Level Information along with other important resources. Assigned summer reading books have been sent home in backpacks. Students are responsible for completing summer reading assignments before the first day of school - Monday, August 12th.

School supplies

If you ordered prepackaged school supplies, you will be able to pick them up in your student’s classroom on Friday, August 9th at the Teacher Meet and Greet.

The shift signup for the rising eight grade families that are helping with the sale will begin July 1st. Contact Courtney Hester with any questions.

Carpool-Finder Tool Coming THIS SUMMER

Again this summer,we are creating a tool to help you find covenant families for carpooling. During the week of July 22nd, look for this excellent way to combine efforts in driving (and even promote more community).

Vision/Hearing Screenings

When your student has a wellness check-up, Perimeter School recommends that you include a vision/hearing screening.
